The Valley Institute of Plastic Surgery (V.I.P.S.) offers a wide variety of surgical procedures for the face, breasts, and body. Dr. Chin began V.I.P.S. after he relocated to Fresno in 1993, and since then he has continued to build his surgical practice and medical spa.

Dr. Mark Chin, a board certified Fresno plastic surgeon, is the director of the Valley Institute of Plastic Surgery and Aspire Medispa.
Dr. Chin is fortunate to be accompanied by an experienced office staff that upholds his mission and principles. Together, they provide a professional, sympathetic, relatable, and uplifting environment where patients feel comforted, listened to, and cared for.
The Valley Institute of Plastic Surgery provides high-quality services for patients throughout California as well as out of state.
Our Mission
For over two decades, Dr. Chin and his dedicated team have been striving to improve public health and their patients’ quality of life. Their work has allowed hundreds of women and men to enhance their self-esteem, increase their physical comfort, and improve their body proportions.
It is the mission of the Valley Institute of Plastic Surgery to maintain a balance between external and internal beauty, and their work has helped patients who have experienced the negative effects of obesity, massive weight loss, breast cancer, pregnancy, and aging.
Dr. Chin and his team take great pleasure in achieving and maintaining the respect, trust, and gratitude of his patients.

Mark A. Chin, MD, MPH, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the director of V.I.P.S. Over the last 25 years, he has helped thousands of men and women achieve their ideal face and body contouring goals. Dr. Chin has extensive training in general surgery, cosmetic surgery, and reconstructive surgery, and he believes in giving back to less fortunate patients. Dr. Chin has made several mission trips to Thailand, Lais, Myanmar, Chile, and Guatemala, and he is the recipient of the 2018 CVLUX Diamond Award due to his extensive philanthropic work at home and abroad.
